Centre Membership
Joining The Pony Club locally without having a pony.
Until recently you had to own your own pony to be a Member of one of the best clubs in the world, The Pony Club, but now you are been able to join The Pony Club through Cromlech Manor Farm. Now there are nearly 15,000 children who are known as Centre Members. In other words they have joined The Pony Club, a registered charity, through a Riding Centre and borrow ponies to take part in Pony Club activities. The scheme has some 500 centres nationwide catering for an age range of 5 to 21 and runs alongside Branch Membership, where youngsters are expected to have their own pony. This partnership between The Pony Club and the Riding Centre provides Members with the framework to take Pony Club Tests and Achievement Badges but also encourages them to take part in the competitive and social occasions, as well as providing Insurance.
